I'm Still Here, But Not For Long =)

I haven't posted anything in over a week (it feels like longer!) because my laptop is officially dead until I can replace the charger cord thing. So I have to do this at work, which means no pics =(

But I wanted to pop in and ask you all to pray for me because I'm leaving for Kenya on Friday!!!!! And the way my children are acting this week, Friday can not come soon enough! I love them, I really do, but every mama gets to the point when she just can't handle anymore whining, fighting, and messy rooms! I'm working on finishing up Abbie's hair (more yarn braids!!) so that the grandmas won't have to comb it all out while I'm gone. And then I get to go home and pack - for myself and them.

I promise, when I get back I'll have lots of pics to share. Hopefully some really awesome wildlife pics. And I'm sure my mom will have pics of the girls that I can post, because she is as camera happy as I am. Maybe more so!

***One quick note before I close this post: I have a coworker who passed away suddenly yesterday at the age of 39. She left behind a husband and 2 teenage daughters. She also happens to be the sister-in-law of my mission trip team leaders. It's just another example to me that we need to be ready!! If you don't know Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, please talk to someone who does and pray with them. You really never know when it could all be over. Please keep the Lengacher family in your prayers during this rough time. Thanks!****

A Change

I have moved my music player thingy up closer the top of my blog, because someone (who shall remain nameless) complained about the country music. She said she had to search all the way to the bottom of the page to turn the thing off. So there you go Joy I mean, nameless :) We had a great time with you guys on Friday. Let's get together again soon!

I haven't blogged in almost a whole week because my laptop charger decided to take a vacation. I could not get the darn thing to work at all. Until last night I decided to plug it in in the kitchen. Voila! Vacation must have been over. So I'm back! Now, on to my YGMT...moment.

Sweet baby girls who fall asleep in their high chairs...

and suck their thumbs when they sleep (I really miss this!!!) She only did it for about a month, but it was so darn cute :)

In approximately 3 weeks, Miss Nattie B will be 2 (actually, on the same day that baby Stellan will enter the world!). It's hard for me to believe that my baby girl is growing up so fast! Today she was dry in her pull-up all day long. Way to go, Nat! The last few nights she has been waking up around 3 AM fussing and crying for Mommy. As much as I hate to get out my nice warm bed and go to her, the sweet smell of a warm, sleepy, feety-pj'd baby is something that I will always treasure. Thank you, God, for the gift of my 3 beautiful, healthy girls. Help me to be the mama they deserve.
